Laser Solutions Inc. is Joining Precision Laser Specialist

We are excited to announce that Precision Laser Specialist (“PLS”) has merged with Laser Solutions Inc. (“LSI” or “Laser Solutions”). Going forward, LSI and PLS will operate as one combined company under the PLS brand. We look forward to continuing to serve all LSI and PLS customers as the leading independent service organization focused on the medical & aesthetic laser markets in the United States. There will be no change to our simple, service-first approach. With this transaction, LSI Founder and President, Richard Cook, and LSI Founder and Operations Manager, Nancy Frank, will be joining the PLS team, effective immediately.
